Ms. Stephanie Brooks graduated in 2016 from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Elementary Education.

While working as a third grade classroom teacher at Minneola Charter School, she returned to UCF to further her education, graduating in 2020 with her Masters in Educational Leadership.

Stephanie continued her career and proudly served as an Instructional Coach at Lake Pointe Academy during their inaugural year.

She is extremely excited about her new position as an Assistant Principal and feels honored to work alongside the hardworking administration, faculty, and staff at East Ridge Middle School. Let’s go Spartans!

Luke Freeze began his career at Leesburg High School during the 2011-2012 school year. 

Mr. Freeze taught various science courses and coached a multitude of sports at Leesburg High School for 10 years. While at LHS, he completed his Ed Leadership degree.

 Mr. Freeze transitioned to the ESE and Discipline departments at LHS, before transitioning to Testing Coordinator duties during the 2021-2022 school year.

Mr. Freeze is grateful for the experiences he has had and relationships he has built at his Alma Mater – Leesburg High School. He is excited to begin his new journey serving East Ridge Middle School and the Clermont community, Go Spartans!!

Mrs. Everett grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  She attended the University of Central Florida in 2000, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science.  In 2006, she went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from National-Louis University. 

 After graduating from UCF in 2004, Mrs. Everett began her teaching career at Colonial High School in Orlando, Florida. During her nine years at Colonial High School, she taught 9th-12th grade, became the AVID Site Coordinator, and the Academic and Attendance Dean.

 In 2013, Mrs. Everett went to work at the District Office in Orange County as the AVID District Coordinator overseeing the implementation of AVID in the middle and high schools.

 In 2015, Mrs. Everett joined the Professional Learning and Leadership Development Department in Lake County as a District Instructional Coach.

 Mrs. Everett is excited and feels honored to be an Assistant Principal and to work alongside the hardworking faculty and staff at East Ridge Middle School.
