Message from the Principal

Mr. Jamie Sidoruk

Mr. Sidoruk grew up in Orange County, Florida.  He attended the University of Central Florida in 1999, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Education.  In 2005, he went on to receive a Master of Science in Educational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University. 

Mr. Sidoruk began his career in education in Orange County where he served as a Teacher, Athletic Director, Administrative Dean and AVID Coordinator.  He transitioned to Lake County as an Assistant Principal four years ago.  As an Assistant Principal over instruction, he helped East Ridge Middle School earn an “A” school grade for the 2016-2017 school year.  Mr. Sidoruk was also instrumental in making East Ridge Middle School a “Site of Distinction” for AVID.  This is a program that he firmly believes in and continues to support in his role as principal.

Mr. Sidoruk considers it an honor to work alongside the outstanding faculty and staff at East Ridge Middle School.
