Mrs. Tiffani Donnelly

Mrs. Donnelly is a home grown graduate of South Lake High. In 2002, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Florida. While teaching, she continued her studies in the evenings earning a Master of Science in Educational Leadership (2009). She has served the students of Lake County as both an elementary and middle school teacher at Pine Ridge Elementary, Cypress Ridge Elementary, and Windy Hill Middle. She has also led as an Assistant Principal for Florida Connections Academy, served as a grade level and department chair, supervised interns, coached and mentored teachers. In the past five years, she has had the joy and privilege to work with many amazing students with exceptionalities as an ESE Support Facilitator - Case Manager, School Specialist at East Ridge High, and Assistant Manager of Special Education. Mrs. Donnelly is very excited and honored to now serve as an Assistant Principal alongside a truly outstanding faculty and staff at East Ridge Middle. Let’s go Spartans!

Mr. Gomez grew up in Miami, Florida. He attended Florida International University in Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication in 2007. After answering his calling to become an educator, he earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida in 2017.
During his career in education, Mr. Gomez has taught Second Grade, Fifth Grade, and coached Physical Education, teaching at Groveland Elementary and Mascotte Elementary. During his time as a teacher, he was recognized as a teacher leader. He has served as a Grade Level Team Leader, worked with seven student-teachers from various universities, and led Mascotte Elementary’s Parent Academy.
Mr. Gomez is excited and honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at the most excellent East Ridge Middle School, go Spartans!
Mrs. Aya Everett

Mrs. Everett grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida in 2000, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. In 2006, she went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from National-Louis University.
After graduating from UCF in 2004, Mrs. Everett began her teaching career at Colonial High School in Orlando, Florida. During her nine years at Colonial High School, she taught 9th-12th grade, became the AVID Site Coordinator, and the Academic and Attendance Dean.
In 2013, Mrs. Everett went to work at the District Office in Orange County as the AVID District Coordinator overseeing the implementation of AVID in the middle and high schools.
In 2015, Mrs. Everett joined the Professional Learning and Leadership Development Department in Lake County as a District Instructional Coach.
Mrs. Everett is excited and feels honored to be an Assistant Principal and to work alongside the hardworking faculty and staff at East Ridge Middle School.
